Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Falcon AI collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.

01Information We Collect

Falcon AI collects only the information necessary to provide our service and manage your subscription. We do not collect data beyond what is required to operate the platform.

Email address — Collected at checkout via Stripe and used for subscription management, transactional communications (receipts, access notifications, renewal reminders), and product updates. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time.
TradingView username — Collected via a post-checkout form. This is the only personal information required to provision your indicator access on TradingView. It is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of granting and revoking TradingView script access.
Payment information — All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Falcon AI never receives, stores, or processes your card number, CVV, or bank account details. The only payment-related data we retain is the Stripe customer ID and subscription status, used for billing management.
Communications data — If you contact support via email, we retain the content of those communications for up to 24 months for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

Stripe Payment Security

Falcon AI uses Stripe as its exclusive payment processor. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Your card details are encrypted and tokenized by Stripe before any data touches our systems. We are never in possession of raw payment credentials.

02How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following specific purposes only:

Subscription management — Processing payments, managing billing cycles, sending renewal notifications, and handling cancellations or refund requests via Stripe's billing infrastructure.
TradingView access provisioning — Your TradingView username is submitted to TradingView's script access management system to grant or revoke access to the Falcon AI invite-only indicator. This is a one-way action — we cannot read your TradingView account data, trading history, or chart settings.
Transactional email communications — Sending receipts, access confirmation, renewal notices, and service-related announcements (e.g., planned downtime, indicator updates). These communications are non-optional as they are directly tied to service delivery.
Customer support — Responding to your inquiries, troubleshooting access issues, and resolving billing disputes. Support communications are handled via email only.
Product improvement — Aggregated, anonymized usage data (not linked to your personal identity) may be used to improve the signal engine and platform. No identifiable personal data is used for this purpose.

We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not run retargeting campaigns using subscriber data.

03Data Sharing

Falcon AI shares your personal data only with the specific third parties necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal information to any other party.

TradingView (TradingView, Inc.) — Your TradingView username is shared with TradingView solely to grant your account access to the Falcon AI invite-only indicator script. This is a standard TradingView API operation used by all invite-only script publishers. TradingView's own privacy policy governs how TradingView handles this data.
Stripe, Inc. — Your email address and billing information are shared with Stripe for payment processing, subscription management, and fraud prevention. Stripe acts as a data processor under our direction and does not use your data for its own marketing purposes.
Microsoft Corporation (transactional email delivery via Outlook) — Your email address is processed by Microsoft Outlook for delivery of transactional service communications (receipts, access notifications, renewal reminders). Microsoft processes this data only on our behalf and does not use it for its own marketing purposes.
Botpress (chatbot conversation processing) — When you interact with the chat widget on this site, the message contents and any context you share are processed by Botpress, Inc. to generate replies. Botpress acts as a data processor under our direction and applies its own privacy and retention policies to chat session data.
Zapier (workflow automation between Stripe, Discord, and email) — Your email address, Stripe customer event metadata, and Discord username (where applicable) may pass through Zapier, Inc. as part of automated workflows that provision access and send transactional notifications. Zapier processes this data only on our behalf.
Legal requirements — We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Falcon AI, our subscribers, or the public.

04Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active, plus an additional 12 months following the end of your subscription. This retention period allows us to resolve any post-cancellation billing disputes, respond to regulatory inquiries, and fulfill any contractual obligations that may extend beyond the subscription period.

After the 12-month post-cancellation retention period, your personally identifiable information (email address, TradingView username, and associated records) is permanently deleted from our systems. Anonymized, aggregated records (e.g., subscription duration statistics) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked to an individual.

Support email communications are retained for 24 months from the date of the communication, regardless of subscription status, and then permanently deleted.

05Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. These rights apply under GDPR (European Economic Area, United Kingdom) and CCPA (California, USA), among other applicable privacy laws.

Right to Access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Deletion

Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Right to Correction

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold.

Right to Portability

Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to Restrict Processing

Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

Right to Object

Object to processing of your data based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@thefalconai.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within 30 days. Note that exercising the right to deletion while your subscription is active will require cancellation of the subscription, as we cannot provide the service without the minimum data required for access provisioning.

06Cookies

The Falcon AI website uses a minimal cookie footprint. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics tools.

Session cookies — Used to maintain your session state while navigating the website (e.g., keeping you logged into a member dashboard if applicable). These cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
Stripe cookies — Stripe's checkout widget may set cookies for fraud prevention and payment flow continuity. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy and cookie policy.
No ad tracking — We do not run Google Ads remarketing tags, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising platform tracking technology on our website. Your browsing behavior on thefalconai.com is not shared with advertising networks.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies may affect functionality of checkout or member-facing features but will not prevent you from accessing TradingView-based Falcon AI content.
