01General

What is Falcon AI and how is it different from other signal services?

Falcon AI is an algorithmic trading indicator delivered as a TradingView invite-only script. Unlike Discord-based signal groups or manually curated alert services, Falcon AI is a software tool that runs directly on your TradingView charts — detecting institutional-grade market structure patterns (Fair Value Gaps, Order Blocks, Liquidity Sweeps, Break of Structure) and scoring each setup with an AI confidence score (0–12) in real time.

You retain full control of your trading decisions. Falcon AI never trades on your behalf or connects to your broker — it surfaces setups and lets you decide.

What markets does Falcon AI cover?

Falcon AI is calibrated and tested for CME futures markets, including equity index futures (NQ, ES, YM, RTY and their Micro equivalents), energy futures (CL, NG, RB, HO), and metals futures (GC, SI, HG, PL). The indicator can be applied to other TradingView symbols but signal performance outside these core markets is not guaranteed or supported.

Do I need any trading experience to use Falcon AI?

A basic familiarity with TradingView and futures markets is recommended. Falcon AI is not a "set and forget" automated system — it provides signals that still require the trader to execute, manage the trade, and apply basic risk management discipline. We provide full documentation and a getting-started guide to support new users, but Falcon AI is not a substitute for foundational trading education.

Important: if you have never traded futures before, please read our Risk Disclosure before subscribing.

Is Falcon AI a registered investment adviser or broker?

No. Falcon AI is a technology provider, not a registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser (CTA), or NFA member. We do not provide personalized investment advice, manage funds, or route orders. All content generated by Falcon AI is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Please consult a qualified financial professional for advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

What timeframe is best for using Falcon AI?

The recommended primary trading timeframe is 30m for active intraday futures trading. The 15m and 1H are strong secondary timeframes — use the 1H to identify directional bias and drop to the 30m or 15m for signal entries in that direction. The 1m and 5m charts are supported but produce noisier signals and are better suited for refining entries identified on a higher timeframe.

02Signals & Performance

What does the confidence score (0–12) mean?

The confidence score (0–12) is a normalized measure of how many institutional confluence factors align at a given signal setup. It is calculated by the AI model weighting 12 factors including higher-timeframe structure alignment, zone freshness, liquidity sweep confirmation, session timing, and momentum. A score of 10/12 or higher represents high confluence; 7/12 to 9/12 is moderate; 4/12 to 6/12 is marginal; 2/12 to 3/12 is low but still fires at the default minimum threshold; below 2/12 the engine suppresses the signal. The score is not a win probability — it measures setup quality, not future price outcomes.

What is the historical win rate of Falcon AI signals?

Falcon AI is one proprietary signal strategy, backtested across 4 chart configurations and validated via 3-year walk-forward on MNQ across three consecutive 12-month periods from May 2023 → May 2026 (TradingView Strategy Tester, Bar Magnifier ON, $1.50 commission/side, 1 tick slippage, 2 contracts). Subscribers pick ONE configuration that matches their trading style (e.g., scalper → 15-min OPTIMAL, swing trader → 30-min PRIME) and run that single setup — not all 4 simultaneously. Per-period combined results: P1 (2023→2024) — $255,020 · 88.08% avg WR · PF 3.14; P2 (2024→2025) — $473,622 · 90.80% avg WR · PF 3.55; P3 (2025→2026) — $503,662 · 91.60% avg WR · PF 3.78. Most recent Period 3 per-config (Aggressive style): 15M OPTIMAL — 90.98% WR · PF 3.10 · $152,315 net; 15M PRIME — 91.74% WR · PF 3.65; 30M OPTIMAL — 91.79% WR · PF 3.72; 30M PRIME — 91.89% WR · PF 4.65 · ~0.92% max DD on $100K (prop firm pick). 3-year total across all configs: $1,232,304 · 90.16% avg WR · PF 3.49 avg (system-robustness stat — individual customer results depend on the single configuration they choose). The edge has strengthened year over year, the opposite of curve-fitting. These are hypothetical backtested figures — they do not account for real-world execution variance beyond modeled commissions and slippage. Individual results will differ. Apply a 20–30% haircut when projecting live performance. See the Backtesting page for full methodology and disclaimers.

How many signals does the engine generate per day?

Signal frequency varies significantly by instrument and timeframe. On the 1H NQ chart, expect an average of 1–4 high-confidence signals per trading day during normal market conditions. Signal frequency increases during high-volatility sessions and decreases during low-volatility, range-bound markets. The engine suppresses signals during confirmed high-impact news windows (FOMC, CPI, NFP) to avoid entering into uncontrolled volatility.

Can I backtest Falcon AI on my own?

Subscriber accounts have access to TradingView's Bar Replay feature, which allows manual review of historical signals on any chart. A full strategy backtesting report based on Falcon AI's proprietary methodology is available on the Backtesting documentation page. Because the script is invite-only, TradingView's automated Strategy Tester may have limitations depending on your TradingView plan tier.

What happens to signals during major news events like FOMC or CPI?

Falcon AI includes a news event detection layer that identifies scheduled high-impact economic releases (FOMC, CPI, NFP, GDP, etc.) using embedded calendar data. During these windows, the engine either suppresses new signals entirely or applies a volatility buffer to stop-loss placements if a signal was already active before the news window opened. Active signal labels display a caution indicator during news windows. We recommend not entering new positions in the 30 minutes surrounding a major release regardless of signal status.

03Billing & Access

How does billing work? Is it monthly or annual?

Falcon AI subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month from the date of first subscription. Annual billing options may be available — check the pricing page for current plan options. All prices are in USD. Stripe handles all payment processing; Falcon AI never stores your card details.

Can I cancel my subscription and when does access stop?

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@thefalconai.com or managing your subscription directly through Stripe's customer portal (link provided in your confirmation email). Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. TradingView access is revoked within 24 hours of the subscription lapsing or being cancelled. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.

Can I change the TradingView username linked to my subscription?

Yes. Email support@thefalconai.com with your current username, the new username, and the email address on your subscription. Username transfers are processed within 24 business hours. Note that access will be temporarily revoked from the old account during the transfer process. Each subscription is limited to one TradingView username at a time.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes — every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel any time during the trial directly from your Stripe billing portal and you will not be billed. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews on the billing cycle you selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — we offer a 14-day Setup Guarantee on your first paid month. If you complete the setup correctly and Falcon AI did not fire any signals during a documented chart configuration in your first 14 days of paid subscription, email support@thefalconai.com with subject [SETUP GUARANTEE] and we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full. After the Setup Guarantee window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. We do not refund trading losses, signal-performance dissatisfaction, or user error (e.g. wrong TradingView username submitted). See our full refund policy for qualifying conditions and what we never refund (broker account losses are always your responsibility).
