Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your subscription is backed by our 14-day Setup Guarantee. If you set Falcon up correctly and it doesn't fire a single signal in your first 14 days, email us and we'll refund your first month in full.

It guarantees the one thing that matters before you trade: that it actually works on your chart (TradingView or NinjaTrader). It is not a performance or "changed my mind" refund — if signals fire, the Guarantee is met.

What we never refund: your broker account losses. Your trading account is your money, your decisions, and your responsibility. Subscription fees are the only thing we can refund — period.

After the Setup Guarantee window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of your billing period.

1.Billing & Getting Started

Your subscription is charged at signup through Stripe and gives you immediate, full access to your chosen configuration on both Basic and Elite plans — and every subscription is backed by the 14-day Setup Guarantee below.

You get instant access to set Falcon up on your TradingView or NinjaTrader chart and run it in a paper (simulation) or live account from day one. You can cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal at /account — cancellation is instant, no email required, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

2.Setup Guarantee — your first month, protected

If you complete the setup correctly and Falcon AI does not fire any signals within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full.

How to claim — 30 seconds
  1. Email support@thefalconai.com with subject [SETUP GUARANTEE]
  2. Include your TradingView username (or the email on your NinjaTrader license) + date you subscribed
  3. Attach a screenshot of the Falcon AI indicator loaded on your chart (proves you set it up)
  4. Reply within 24 hours · refund typically clears Stripe in 5–10 business days

This guarantee exists because the most common "Falcon didn't work for me" outcome is a setup mismatch — wrong timeframe, wrong session, indicator not added correctly, or a TradingView / NinjaTrader access or license issue we didn't catch. We'd rather refund and walk away clean than have you pay for something that never delivered signals.

To qualify for a Setup Guarantee refund, all of the following must be true:

  1. You added the Falcon AI indicator to a chart — either the invite-only indicator on TradingView or the Falcon AI add-on on NinjaTrader (Elite)
  2. You configured one of the documented chart setups (TITAN · PRIME, TITAN · EXTENDED, TITAN · GOLDEN, RAPTOR · PRIME, RAPTOR · EXTENDED, or RAPTOR · GOLDEN) on a supported symbol (MNQ, MES, YM, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP)
  3. The indicator was active on that chart for at least 5 trading days within the first 14 days of your paid subscription
  4. Zero signals fired during that period
  5. You email us at support@thefalconai.com with subject line [SETUP GUARANTEE] within 14 days of your first paid billing date

If all five conditions are met, we refund your first month's subscription fee (the full amount you paid, less any taxes already remitted). Refunds typically clear through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

The Setup Guarantee applies only to your first month of subscription. It does not apply to subsequent billing periods, annual plans, or accounts that had any signals fire during the qualification window.

3.What we refund vs. what we don't

Refund eligibility in plain terms:

What we DO refund

  • Your first month under the Setup Guarantee if all 5 conditions above are met
  • Duplicate charges or verified billing errors
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
  • Goodwill refunds at our discretion (rare; case-by-case)

What we do NOT refund

  • Trading losses in your broker account. Ever. Those are not our money — they are yours, and the outcome of decisions you control.
  • Subscription months after the Setup Guarantee window (cancel anytime, but past months stay paid)
  • Dissatisfaction with signal frequency, win rate, or market behavior during a billing period
  • Annual plans (commit-for-the-year applies)
  • Costs from third-party tools (TradingView Pro, webhook services, broker fees)
  • Subscriptions terminated by us for terms-of-service violations (sharing access, chargeback abuse)

The broker-loss line is hard. Falcon AI is a signal indicator. We do not place trades on your behalf, we do not custody your money, and we have no visibility into your account size, position sizing, or risk management. Trading futures and crypto involves substantial risk of loss — that risk lives with you, not with us. Our risk disclosures and terms of service spell this out in full; subscribing means you've read and agreed to those.

4.Cancellation

You can cancel any active subscription anytime through your Stripe billing portal at /account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access through that date.

When the billing period ends, your access is revoked automatically — your TradingView invite is removed and/or your NinjaTrader license deactivates. No further charges occur. No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining in the period.

You may resubscribe at any time. Your TradingView access is re-invited, or your NinjaTrader license re-activates automatically, on the same day if your new subscription is on Elite (priority activation) or within 24 hours on Basic.

5.Billing errors

If you spot a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or any amount that doesn't match the plan you signed up for, email us with subject line [BILLING ERROR]. We will investigate and resolve within 2 business days. Verified billing errors are refunded in full, regardless of any other policy on this page.

6.Chargebacks

If you have a dispute, email us first — we resolve almost every issue within a day. Filing a chargeback through your bank before contacting us makes resolution much harder for both sides: Stripe charges us a non-refundable dispute fee whether the chargeback is upheld or not, and your subscription will be terminated automatically once the dispute is filed. We prefer to talk first.
