Falcon AI is an algorithmic trading indicator delivered as a TradingView invite-only script. Unlike Discord-based signal groups or manually curated alert services, Falcon AI is a software tool that runs directly on your TradingView charts — detecting institutional-grade market structure patterns (Fair Value Gaps, Order Blocks, Liquidity Sweeps, Break of Structure) and scoring each setup with an AI confluence score in real time.
You retain full control of your trading decisions. The TradingView indicator never trades on your behalf or connects to your broker — it surfaces setups and lets you decide. The one exception is Elite's optional native NinjaTrader add-on: if you choose to install and enable it, it runs the strategy natively inside NinjaTrader and auto-executes on your own connected account (no webhook, no middleman). It is a self-install you control — Basic stays TradingView-only.
Yes — Elite ships a native NinjaTrader add-on. It runs the same Falcon AI strategy natively inside NinjaTrader and auto-executes directly on your connected account, with no webhook and no third-party provider in the loop. It is a self-install: you download the add-on and load it into your own copy of NinjaTrader. Basic is TradingView-only. Grab it from the Elite download and follow the NinjaTrader tab in the Elite setup guide.
Yes. Watch our walkthrough on YouTube: Falcon AI Elite firing live on NinjaTrader — a short (~4 minute) video showing real entries, stop-losses, and exits on the chart in real time. For step-by-step written setup and configuration, see the Documentation and the Elite setup guide. Elite members also receive a private setup video that walks through full installation and automation in under 10 minutes.
Falcon AI is calibrated and tested for CME futures markets, including equity index futures (NQ, ES, YM, RTY and their Micro equivalents), energy futures (CL, NG, RB, HO), and metals futures (GC, SI, HG, PL). The indicator can be applied to other TradingView symbols but signal performance outside these core markets is not guaranteed or supported.
A basic familiarity with TradingView and futures markets is recommended. The TradingView indicator produces signals you execute — and for hands-off operation you can route them via webhook to your broker, or run Elite's native NinjaTrader add-on that auto-executes for you. Either way, apply basic risk-management discipline. We provide full documentation and a getting-started guide to support new users, but Falcon AI is not a substitute for foundational trading education.
Important: if you have never traded futures before, please read our Risk Disclosure before subscribing.

The recommended primary trading timeframe is 30m for active intraday futures trading. The 15m and 1H are strong secondary timeframes — use the 1H to identify directional bias and drop to the 30m or 15m for signal entries in that direction. The 1m and 5m charts are supported but produce noisier signals and are better suited for refining entries identified on a higher timeframe.
The confluence score is a normalized measure of how many institutional confluence factors align at a given signal setup. It is calculated by the AI model weighting multiple confluence factors — including market structure, liquidity, multi-timeframe bias and momentum (the exact factors and weighting stay under the hood). Higher scores indicate stronger confluence. The score is not a win probability — it measures setup quality, not future price outcomes. Active subscribers receive the exact tier thresholds and the recommended minimum-confluence setting for each tier in the Settings Vault.
Falcon AI is ONE signal strategy with 6 tier configurations (TITAN · PRIME / TITAN · EXTENDED / TITAN · GOLDEN / RAPTOR · PRIME / RAPTOR · EXTENDED / RAPTOR · GOLDEN) plus an Elite-exclusive BTC config (signals-only). All 6 tiers share IDENTICAL risk math and differ only by timeframe and session window. Exact multipliers, lookback values, and confluence thresholds ship to active subscribers via the Settings Vault — pre-tuned per tier and ready to trade.
MNQ tier backtests (TradingView Strategy Tester, Bar Magnifier ON, ATR risk-based sizing (cap 2), $1.50 commission/side, 1 tick slippage):
Live broker validated (RAPTOR · GOLDEN tier on our personal NinjaTrader account, ATR risk-based sizing (cap 2), full slippage): PF 3.13 · 88.7% WR over 62 trades in the 10am–1pm window · $2,582 across 5 days (May 11–15) · 2× live beats backtest. This is the canonical "what we actually trade" number — we don't sell backtests, we sell what we trade. We now run all core configs live in our own Topstep accounts.
BTC Elite-exclusive (30M CRYPTO): $207,587 / +208% / PF 1.59 / 64.9% WR / 9 of 9 profitable months over a 9-month window. Not yet live-validated — demo for 7+ days before going live. Apply a 20–30% haircut when projecting real-world performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Signal frequency varies significantly by instrument and timeframe. On the 1H NQ chart, expect an average of 1–4 high-confluence signals per trading day during normal market conditions. Signal frequency increases during high-volatility sessions and decreases during low-volatility, range-bound markets. The engine suppresses signals during confirmed high-impact news windows (FOMC, CPI, NFP) to avoid entering into uncontrolled volatility.
Subscriber accounts have access to TradingView's Bar Replay feature, which allows manual review of historical signals on any chart. A full strategy backtesting report based on Falcon AI's proprietary methodology is available on the Backtesting documentation page. Because the script is invite-only, TradingView's automated Strategy Tester may have limitations depending on your TradingView plan tier.
Falcon AI includes a news event detection layer that identifies scheduled high-impact economic releases (FOMC, CPI, NFP, GDP, etc.) using embedded calendar data. During these windows, the engine either suppresses new signals entirely or applies a volatility buffer to stop-loss placements if a signal was already active before the news window opened. Active signal labels display a caution indicator during news windows. We recommend not entering new positions in the 30 minutes surrounding a major release regardless of signal status.
Falcon AI subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month from the date of first subscription. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. TradingView access is revoked within 24 hours of the subscription lapsing or being cancelled. No — Falcon AI does not offer a free trial. Your subscription is charged at signup. Instead of a free trial, every plan is backed by our 14-day Setup Guarantee: set Falcon AI up correctly and if it fires zero signals on your chart in your first 14 days, we refund your first month in full. There is no 14-day free trial, no "free for 14 days", and no trial period — Falcon AI is a paid subscription with a works-or-refund guarantee. You can paper-trade the signals risk-free before committing real money, and cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal.
Your subscription is charged at signup and backed by our 14-day Setup Guarantee. If you set Falcon AI up correctly and it fires zero signals on your chart during your first 14 days of paid subscription, we refund your first month in full. This is a works-or-refund guarantee — not a satisfaction, "changed-my-mind", or performance refund — so we never refund trading losses or broker account losses. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal and keep access through the end of your billing period. See the full refund policy for qualifying conditions.
Yes — we offer a 14-day Setup Guarantee on your first paid month. If you complete the setup correctly and Falcon AI did not fire any signals during a documented chart configuration in your first 14 days of paid subscription, email support@thefalconai.com with subject [SETUP GUARANTEE] and we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full. After the Setup Guarantee window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. We do not refund trading losses, signal-performance dissatisfaction, or user error (e.g. wrong TradingView username submitted). See our full refund policy for qualifying conditions and what we never refund (broker account losses are always your responsibility).
